Transactions
A transaction is the saved record of a completed Sale. It contains the items sold, payments, customer (if assigned), fees, deductions, receipt ID, timestamp, and any notes — essentially the receipt-level audit trail.
Viewing transactions
- Open the Transactions menu to see list of transactions.
- Use the date-range picker to narrow results.
- Click a transaction to open the detail view of the transaction.
Actions you can take
- Print — print the original receipt (requires a paired Bluetooth printer).
- Share — share the receipt image to other apps or platforms.
- Save image — generate and save the receipt image to your device gallery.
- Email — if the transaction has a customer with an email, send the receipt by email.
- Refund / Return — start a refund or return flow from the transaction to record returned items and refund payments (preferred to deleting records).
- Delete — in some configurations transactions may be deletable within a short window (for example: 7 days). Deleting removes the record and affects reporting; check your app settings and use caution.
