Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 27, 2026

1. Agreement​

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "User") and PT SALESMASTER DIGITAL PLATFORM ("Salesmaster", "we", "us"), a company registered in Indonesia with NIB 0102260010343, having its registered office at Puri Padi, Jalan Raya Pengosekan, Padang Tegal, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali 80571.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Salesmaster Point of Sale application on iOS, Android, Windows, and the web, and our websites at salesmaster.app and salesmasterpos.com (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility​

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a paid subscription or a binding contract.
  • Users aged 13 to 17 may use the Service only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.
  • You must have the legal authority to bind the business you represent, if you are registering on behalf of a company.

3. Your Account​

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@salesmaster.id if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

4. Subscription Plans​

Salesmaster offers:

  • A Free plan with limited features
  • A Pro plan available in three tiers — Solo, Bronze, and Silver — each billed monthly or annually

4.1 Free Trial​

We offer a free trial on iOS and Android for new users. The trial duration and conditions are shown at checkout. Trials are not currently available on the web.

4.2 Billing​

  • iOS purchases are processed by the Apple App Store (via RevenueCat).
  • Android purchases are processed by Google Play Billing (via RevenueCat).
  • Microsoft Store and web purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.
  • Indonesian web purchases are processed by Doku.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless canceled before renewal. You can cancel at any time through the store or platform where you subscribed.

4.3 Price Changes​

We may change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price will apply on your next renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel before renewal.

5. Acceptable Use​

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Sell, promote, or distribute illegal goods or services under applicable law
  • Sell, display, or distribute adult or sexually explicit content
  • Conduct any form of gambling, betting, or wagering operations
  • Violate any local, national, or international law
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or rent the Service without our written permission
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Circumvent any security, authentication, or access-control measure

Violation of this section will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund, and we may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.

6. Data You Upload​

You retain ownership of all data you upload, including products, inventory, customer records, and transaction history ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and back up Your Data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data complies with applicable law, including privacy laws governing the information of your customers and employees.

7. Intellectual Property​

The Service, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Salesmaster and protected by Indonesian and international intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service or any intellectual property to you.

8. Third-Party Services​

The Service integrates with third-party services (Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, Paddle, Doku, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Service Availability​

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where feasible.

10. Disclaimers​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that data will not be lost.

11. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Salesmaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salesmaster, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, (c) Your Data, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination​

  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or fail to pay for the Service.
  • Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Data after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms​

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the "Effective Date". For material changes, we will give at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia (Pengadilan Negeri Gianyar).
