What is the difference between a bill, a receipt and an invoice?
A bill lists the goods bought and their prices and is handed over at the sale. A receipt confirms that money was received, usually one amount. An invoice asks for payment later.
What are the two signature boxes for?
The customer signs “Received by” when the goods arrive, and you sign as the seller. Useful for deliveries and orders picked up by someone else.
