My printer doesn't appear when I tap Scan.
Check that Bluetooth is on, the printer is switched on and discoverable, and the app has Bluetooth permission. Then restart the printer, move closer, and scan again.
Where does the store data show?
On printed receipts and web receipts. The store logo is also used on the member card. So make sure the name, address and phone number are right.
